It’s time for strong peace, tomorrow will be too late – Samvel Karapetyan’s AI speech (Video)

It’s time for a strong peace, tomorrow will be too late, said Samvel Karapetyan, in a speech generated using artificial intelligence and presented at the presentation of the Strong Armenia party’s security program.

“It is a well-known rule: war comes where there is no strength, a weak army provokes the enemy, and a strong army preserves peace. Peace is not created by begging, it is preserved by force,” Karapetyan’s AI speech noted.

Karapetyan noted that he often reflects on how to build an Armenia where reaching the age of military service would inspire confidence rather than fear.

“We have developed a strong peace system program with international experts in security and diplomacy. Our work in this direction focuses on three main pillars: a strong army, smart diplomacy, and economic independence. Through the implementation of this comprehensive program, we will achieve a strong Armenia,” he said. 

According to Karapetyan, Armenia’s borders must be strong and impenetrable. Permanent intelligence centers, drone reconnaissance, and artificial intelligence analysis will ensure border security and protect soldiers.

“In our time, the country will be defended by multi-layered anti-aircraft and anti-drone systems. The foundation of military service in a strong Armenia must be a highly professional, technologically advanced army. The dignified life of servicemen is a priority,” he noted. 

Referring to foreign policy, Karapetyan noted that that Armenia will engage with the world confidently, from a position of strength: “Foreign policy will be pragmatic and balanced. Our actions between East and West will be clear, maintaining our red lines. We will continue dialogue with strategic partners while deepening relations with other superpowers and countries,” he said.

Karapetyan highlighted that his 30 years of business experience have taught him to negotiate on equal terms with countries around the world.

He added that his team has already established contacts with the Diaspora, paving the way for future investments.

“We offer a strong, lasting peace. We must end the policy of ‘begging for peace’ and adopt the principle of ‘priority: Armenia and our interests.’ Armenia will not ask for protection; it will build it with its own forces. The weak cannot silence the strong, and Armenia cannot be silenced. We will no longer be weak,” he stressed.
