Ruben Rubinyan claims the conflict is over, now there is peace

Civil Contract member Ruben Rubinyan claims that the conflict has ended and that peace has been established.
When a journalist asked how people can be sure the conflict is truly over, Rubinyan replied:

“Go to the border villages and see if you hear a single shot. Go to the cemeteries and see if an 18-year-old young man’s coffin is being carried for burial.”

The Civil Contract member also urged people to check with their relatives serving in the army.

“Call different people and ask when was the last time your 18-year-old son, brother, or grandson was killed by enemy fire,” Rubinyan emphasized.
