If Pashinyan stays, Armenia will not be the same as we know it – Karpis Pashoyan (Video)

No matter how pivotal the upcoming elections may be, the process does not end there. If we fail to achieve success at the polls, the struggle must continue until victory is secured. At the same time, we will do everything possible to prevent Nikol Pashinyan from being reappointed as prime minister, said Karpis Pashoyan, a parliamentary candidate from the Bright Armenia party, during the “There are Questions” program.

“We do not simply need a mechanical change of power; what is essential is the protection of values – preserving the memory of the Genocide, the legacy of the Artsakh movement, and the principles upheld by our ancestors. The role of the Apostolic Church must also remain a priority.

I appeal to individuals: we must continue the struggle, raise the banner of resistance, and lead our people out of this cycle of humiliation.

We are heading in the wrong direction. There can be no genuine peace or prosperity at the cost of compromising Armenia itself. Our country derives its value from the principles we uphold – we are, after all, a nation-state. Nikol Pashinyan is centering everything around himself. If Pashinyan remains in power, Armenia will cease to exist – at least not in the form we know today.”
