All reforms achievable through political will have been implemented – Nikol Pashinyan (Video)

During an extended meeting with the President of the Council of Europe and the President of the European Commission, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed gratitude for the support provided to Armenia.

“Democracy is not a matter of chance for us, but a strategic choice consciously made by the people of Armenia,” he stated.

According to Pashinyan, all reforms that could be implemented solely through political will have already been carried out.

He noted that further progress now requires substantial institutional strengthening and comprehensive legislative development.

“In this regard, our cooperation with the EU is of critical importance,” Nikol Pashinyan emphasized.
