Mher Grigoryan discussed TRIPP implementation with visiting US delegation

Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received a US delegation that arrived in Armenia to discuss progress on the implementation of the TRIPP project, the government reported.

The delegation included representatives of the United States Department of State as well as the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation.

Welcoming the guests, Grigoryan expressed gratitude on behalf of the Armenian government to US authorities for organizing the Washington Peace Summit on August 8, 2025, and emphasized the importance of the consistent implementation of one of its key outcomes – the “Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity” (TRIPP) project.

The parties discussed and agreed on a number of operational and legal issues related to the implementation of TRIPP.

Grigoryan also presented the “Crossroads of Peace” initiative, stressing the necessity, potential, and prospects for unblocking all regional communications.
