Pashinyan gave Putin a terribly wrong diplomatic answer: even a 7th grader wouldn’t have responded that way – Oskanian (Video)

A few weeks ago in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin confronted Nikol Pashinyan over Armenia’s choice between the EAEU and the EU, but Pashinyan gave a “terribly wrong” diplomatic answer, Armenia’s former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian stated.

According to Oskanyan, even a 7th grader would not have responded that way.

“Let me put it more figuratively: you are married and your wife discovers that you have a mistress and confronts you about it. Maybe she forgives you, but says, ‘Make a choice.’ And you respond, ‘I don’t know whether the mistress will marry me or not, so there is no contradiction yet. Let’s continue living together, and when she decides, I’ll make up my mind,’” Oskanyan said.
