In Armenia’s Syunik Province, particularly in Meghri, Agarak, and Kapan, the warm welcome and trust of citizens once again showed that people are expecting positive change, said Gagik Tsarukyan.

“These days, unfortunately, the authorities are once again trying to turn the election campaign into threats, political blackmail, and an atmosphere of fear. Those who speak loudly about democracy today do not tolerate dissent, and they respond to every criticism from the opposition with aggression and pressure.

But people no longer want to live in an atmosphere of hatred and hostility. No illegal arrest or political persecution can silence the voice of the people.

I call on you not to despair and not to lose faith. Very soon, together, we will start a new path – more united and more confident about tomorrow. Our goal is to restore the dignity of the Armenian people, trust in the state, and national unity,” he said.
