At this stage, there is only one chance for a change of power in Armenia, according to Arsen Babayan, a lawyer and member of the Hayrenik Party.

“Dear citizens, be sure to participate in the vote. Be sure to choose the candidate you prefer, and a change of power will become inevitable.

By not taking part in the vote, you will guarantee that the Civil Contract Party remains in power. That, too, is a position.

Remember: the decision-maker is exclusively the citizen of the Republic of Armenia,” Babayan stated.
