Strong Armenia bloc applies to Constitutional Court, demands annulment of election results
On June 19, 2026, Aram Vardevanyan, representative of the Strong Armenia bloc of parties, filed an application with the Constitutional Court seeking to invalidate the results of the June 7 National Assembly elections, the alliance’s press secretary, Marianna Ghahramanyan, announced.
“The bloc, citing massive and systematic electoral violations allegedly organized by the authorities, requests that the Constitutional Court invalidate Decision No. 258-A of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia dated June 14, 2026, ‘On the Results of the June 7, 2026 National Assembly Elections,’ and annul the election results, or alternatively, order a second round of elections,” Ghahramanyan stated.
