Incident in NA: HHK deputy demands Z. Postanjian’s ejection from hall

During approval of the agenda at the National Assembly’s sitting today, “Heritage” faction’s deputy Ms. Zaruhi Postanjian asked for the floor and began reading a letter-application.

The parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamian interrupted her, saying that the application has nothing to do with the subject being discussed, but Z. Postanjian continued reading the letter. Then the deputy speaker Edward Sharmazanov turned off her microphone.

A few minutes later Zaruhi Postanjsian again received an opportunity to make a speech and resumed reading the letter.

The deputy of HHK (Republican Party of Armenia) faction Manvel Badeyan asked for the floor and requested the the NA speaker remove the deputy interfering with the parliament’s work, adding that otherwise he will leave the session hall.

Despite all this, Zharuhi Postanjian continued reading the letter through a microphone, in parallel with Hovik Abrahamian’s speech.
